The Rules of the Loop

Plain language, published before anyone pays. Curation is part of the product, so here is exactly how it works.

1. The Service

SuguCu sells advertising slots on its outdoor LED screen network. The screen runs a 64-second loop of 8-second slots, 24 hours a day. Packages, play frequencies and prices are as published on the packages and pricing page at the time of booking. All prices are in Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD) per 28-day cycle.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Payment at checkout secures your slot for your chosen start date.
  • Gold carries a 6-cycle minimum term and Silver a 3-cycle minimum term. After the minimum, both continue month to month until cancelled. Community and daypart packages are month to month from the start.
  • We do not store card details. Committed tiers receive a payment link before each new cycle. Month-to-month packages are rebooked each cycle.
  • If a committed tier's cycle payment is outstanding at the start of the cycle, the ad is paused out of the loop until payment is received. The minimum-term commitment remains in effect.

3. Creative Review and Approval

  • Every creative is reviewed before it goes on screen. We aim to complete review within 24 hours of submission.
  • Payment secures your slot; approval of your creative is what puts it live. If a creative is declined, you receive the reason in plain language and may resubmit without limit before your start date.
  • If your start date arrives with no approved creative, the start date shifts automatically to the next available cycle.
  • If a booking remains unresolved 14 days past its original start date, it converts to account credit usable against any future cycle, and the slot is released.

4. Ad Content Policy

We curate the loop. Every ad must be:

  • Honest. No misleading claims, fake pricing, or impersonation of another business.
  • Legal. Nothing that promotes unlawful products, services or activity.
  • Suitable for everyone. The screen faces a public street. No adult content, no graphic violence, no hateful or discriminatory material, and nothing targeting or exploiting children.
  • Safe to display. No rapid flashing, strobing or content that could endanger drivers or people with photosensitivity.
  • Readable. Ads must meet the published creative specs, including contrast and minimum text size.

SuguCu may decline any creative at its discretion, with a stated reason, and may remove a live ad that is later found to breach this policy. Political and issue-based advertising is accepted only at SuguCu's discretion and may carry additional requirements.

5. Creative Changes

  • Gold: unlimited creative changes. Silver and dayparts: one change per cycle. Community: creative is locked for the cycle.
  • All changes pass through the same review process before appearing on screen.

6. Renewals and Cancellation

  • Month-to-month packages never renew automatically. Reminder emails are sent 7 days and 2 days before expiry with a rebook link.
  • Committed tiers may cancel effective at the end of their minimum term, or at the end of any cycle after it.

7. Service Interruptions

If the screen is offline due to a fault, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, affected play time is made good by extending the campaign or crediting the account. Interruptions do not entitle the advertiser to cancel a minimum term.

8. Liability

Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads, including the rights to any images, marks and claims used in them, and agree to hold SuguCu harmless from claims arising out of their creative. SuguCu's total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount paid for the affected cycle.
